somehow can't bring myself to finish the big painting I'd started in PS... too lazy I guess.
it's fun though to take a wee draft out for a spin and play with textures and layers... and he looks bloody gorgeous

I keep coming back to this painting. If it were hung a gallery I would stand and stare at it for hours. The sheer power of the image and artistry in putting it on canvas mesmerizes me. It's not that it's Aidan -- it's a very powerful work no matter who the model was.

You really nailed this one, it's astoundingly good. The eyes are incredible, you really captured John Mitchell. It hope you do more with Aidan, he's a lovely subject to draw and not half bad to look at.

alas, copyright issues. Mitchell is not mine (wish he were) and even though hundreds of other artists sell fan art I won't. Bad experience
